Annual inspections are completed by the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) at our facility, and we are compliant to all rules of Transport Canada's Air Cargo Security program. You can be confident in our ability to ship safe products securely all over the world.

Located minutes away from one of the largest fishing wharves in Canada, we purchase directly from more than 30 harvesters

The catch is brought straight from the boat to our state-of-the-art facility which houses 3 holding tanks; all with ocean water continuously pumping through.

The water is monitored closely and regularly to maintain temperature, ammonia, salinity, and oxygen at safe levels to create an ideal environment for live storage.
